In 2013, I’ve noticed that our traditional romanian shirt became quite a star-item and receives an amount of attention that I don’t recall seeing it before. I’m glad that we have something specific for our culture, something distinctive and different, something that helps us stand out in a crowd.

My romanian shirt, has her own history, was my mother’s when she was about my age now, and like me, she used to wear it with jeans. I wear it with shorts, with leather leggings and military boots and even with a pencil skirt and point court heels. The romanian shirt should be a must have, that shouldn’t miss from every romanian girl/woman’ s wardrobe, it really is an original fashion piece with a very well-defined personality.

Hopefully, this summer, I’ll see many beautiful romanian girls proudly wearing their romanian shirts!
